Trading Halt

I called the following number at Encore:

Encore Renaissance Resources Corp.
         Michael Mulberry
         President and Director
         778-994-6453

A fellow by the name of John answered as Micheal was not in at the moment.
Asked when they expect EZ to be trading again and John replied that they have 10 days to file the necessary documents and statements.  Apparently the accountants are working full steam ahead to resolve this issue and get back trading.

John also told me that the daily operation of the mine is still in progress and that the halt does not affect the daily operations of the mine.  They expect to have the required tonnage at Kinross' facility by the first week of April.  Then however long it takes Kinross to report the grades.

Once EZ is trading again, they expect that the share price may take a bit more of a hit as disgruntled investors unload.

I am not trying to bash nor promote, just stating facts based upon my conversation with this fellow at EZ.

This cease trade order is most unexpected.  I`m disappointed.  Its not the end of the world or anything but I expected better.  This is definitly a point to keep in mind next time we have a vote on managements options for 2010.  You can`t seriously expect to be compensated like top dogs when you allow things like this to occur.  This isn`t wall street.

You  are  absolutely  right. I  expect  the  price  to  tumble  when  trading  resumes. I'll  be  there  buying  more  because  the  story  still  pans  out.Vanhope

The timing here, is very very interesting, if not downright suspicious.  Given that the Kinross results will be the biggest news in the history of this company.  It will make or break this stock, there wont be much in between.there's usually no funny stuff in a bulk sample becaue its a representatve sample of actual ore, the type that would get mined if a mine were built ...more

There never is a good time to have your stock halted. Weren't those papers supposed to be filed months ago? If so they wouldn't have forseen the kinross scenario playing out at exactly the time the TSX would notice their failure to file. I think the company is under review. There were disgruntled shareholders who likely complained about EZ applying for 20 million shares at .10 cents when ...more
