Arms-Length...

Too funny...

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Jan 11, 2011 (Marketwire via COMTEX News Network) --

Encore wishes to announce that it has entered in an option agreement with an arms-length vendor to acquire a 50% option in the Handeni East Prospect in the direct vicinity of Canaco Resources in Tanzania. This prospect is 50.5 square kilometres. In order to acquire this option Encore will make cash payment of $2,300,000, work commitments of a total of $2,500,000 in exploration work on the Property (the "Work") and the issuance to the Optionor of 20,000,000 common shares. A Finders fee may be payable according to TSX Venture guidelines.

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Dec 14, 2010 (Marketwire via COMTEX News Network)

Sidon International Resources Corp. (TSX VENTURE:SD) (FRANKFURT:SY7), in conjunction with its experience and presence in Tanzania the company has just been notified of getting a Master License granted adjacent to the Canaco property in the Handeni area of Tanzania. The property consists of approximately 50.5 square kilometers north east of the Canaco Magambazi property and immediately north of Douglas Lake Minerals Ltd.'s Acquisition to the south.

Abby Farrage reports, "this is a major development for the company as a Master License can take several years to obtain. The board of directors made the decision to pursue this property with the Master License in the best interest of the company. In the previous news release the company did not give up on the Meg project as it was a priority to pursue the Handeni property ( Magambazi area) with the Master License being granted. The property they stopped pursuing was an addition on to the current property they are drilling at this moment."

So let me get this straight... Abi goes to Tanzania to hook up with Sidon International. Sidon gets the mining rights to this Handeni East land package (assumably from the Tanzanian government) for an undisclosed amount of money. Then Abi's former company, EZ is hit up with the money to explore the property for 50% of the possible mineral value of the property. Furthermore, Sidon gets 20 ...more

And he's also President and Director of Kokanee Minerals Inc. I'd love to see full disclosure of transactions between SD/EZ/KOK and the PP subscriberes who tend be hidden with addresses in offshore locations with less than transparent financial reporting requirements....

Ask yourself the question...How much investment does Sidon have in this venture? Go to their internet site and read up on their news releases.https://www.infomine.com/index/companies/SIDON_INTERNATIONAL_RESOURCES_CORPORATION.htmlMy guess is that there is minimal investment which really means that this is a legal transfer of funds from EZ to Sidon. And as Abi is no longer a member of the EZ ...more

So what is your take on what is happening with this company Nelson. Don't want to start a debate in this open forum but I'm just curious. Do you believe this company can deliver and why? I don't see a track record that proves it going all the way back to CGW.Profiteer.
