Don't mean to steal Kel's thunder there's only 4 shopping days til the numbers are due . With Tomanek as CFO and being slapped with CTO's for failing to file audited annuals on time for the last two years you would think there would be no worries this year but they are cutting it close ... make some sweat a little bit .

¶ 1 Kokanee Minerals Inc. is a reporting issuer and has not filed:

1. a comparative financial statement for its financial year ended September 30, 2010, as required under Part 4 of National Instrument 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations (NI 51-102), and
2. a Form 51-102F1 Management's Discussion and Analysis for the period ended September 30, 2010, as required under Part 5 of NI 51-102

(the required records).

¶ 2 The Insider may have knowledge of, or access to, a material fact or material change regarding Kokanee Minerals that has not been generally disclosed.

¶ 3 Kokanee Minerals has agreed to file, immediately after this order is granted, the Notice of Default and, if applicable, Default Status Reports, set out in National Policy 12-203 Cease Trade Orders for Continuous Disclosure Defaults.

¶ 4 Under section 164(1) of the Act, the Executive Director orders that all trading by the Insider in the securities of Kokanee Minerals cease until:

1. Kokanee Minerals files the required records, completed in accordance with the Act and rules, and

2. the Executive Director makes an order under section 164 of the Act revoking this order.

Just thought I would check in to see how this one is making out. Not much has changed I see for this POS. I held this stock for a couple of years in the past, but fortunately I got out shortly after the share consolidation at.18 before it started to go where it is now. I've gone through the name changes and big pumping prospects (Re: Dolly Vardon, Nevada), share reversal, failure to file

Amen, Amen. I got out wel before the reverse consolidation as well and now it looks that they are heading full speed towards another. Keep far away from this less than desirable management before you have to learn the hard way. The thing that ticks me off the most was all the lies that were spread about Dolly varden from the management at thattime, going to start mining, close to the big one
