Has anyone spoke with the company about the current joint venture offer?  Should we not have heard something by now?  We are past the 30 day due dilligence period no?

Enjoy the thought of ever getting anyone in this company to respond ... I spent a great deal of hours trying to get someone to answer my questions ... I live in Vancouver so I phoned for a coule of weeks hoping someone would answer the phone to no avail ... I am now going to cut my losses (excess of 20G's) ... There are a number of companies whose management don't respond to inquiries from shareholders.  If they are taking a nice paycheck then they should be ashamed of themselves...because when you use shareholder capital via financings etc then you should darn well make yourself available to the shareholders.  Retail market included.  At least have an update message set up on an
