churning? superficial losses?

i guess the 30 day CRA investing rule doesn't apply to the CEO; from the # of shares he's traded, it seems he's never heard of it before

it looks like it's churning but i don't know about the superficial losses; i know i have to wait 30 days before i can rebuy a stock; i don't have an opinion one way or the other about it

You only have to wait 30 days to buy back a stock you sold if you want to claim a capital loss on the original sale.
