Gold got b*#tched-slapped with the overnight Asia trade & continued once Frankfurt & London opened up. Weakness could continue if todays job numbers are positive...Price may rebound above 1800 by this time next week, so perhaps any ( positive ) assay results will come then instead ??? GLTAL ;)

TECHnically, the price of gold, unless it drops $500 or so shouldnt directly impact exploration companies, but we all know it does. If a company has a indicated or inferred reserve, the price of gold would impact it somewhat, because that resource is what ne uses for funding. If you are a producer, the daily swings in gold affects your bottom line, and your profits.
