insider - last trades
no more insider trades since almost 1 month now, and since a few days 500 trades almost every 10 minutes.
any explanations? anyone..

The only thing I can think of is that if there is any major news in the works that would be considered insider knowledge then there is a blackout period where insiders are not allowed to trade . I am just guessing .

I don`t know how that is decided but it probably ends when whatever the deal is plays out or is dropped .

Have not seen this trading pattern at any other stock. Very strange. Caesars Report has published a report on a site visit on January 14. Overall tone is quite upbeat. (www.caesarsreport.com: Focus Ventures: Bayovar 12 site visit). GLTA
