WOW!

I wondered how they were going to swing it . Amazing . All that money and no dilution . ( a few warrants ) The one sour note would be the interest . 12% but in this market it`s hard to believe they got anything . Job well done .

12% interest for a non-operating deposit is very good. Trevali paid 12.5% on a note with equity kicker when they did their last financing in May 2014.  Nevada Copper has a facility from Red Kite at similar cost. This is a great move by FCV, these guys do think about shareholders.  Sure enough, they are the largest sharholders.  Hope this ends up in a re-rating of the stock.

In the years I`ve held it there has been little dilution . They always come up with the money through reselling projects . Keep in mind they have a very nice copper project that could bring in some money under the right conditions . So far they have always looked out for shareholders . Very unusual in this business .

agree....very unusual. Their March letter to shareholders is an excellent document to read to understand their approach to the Project, the business, shareholders, etc.  Its unusual to see such a well written elaborative letter to shareholders.  Their ability to secure financing may speak loudly to the prospective potenmtial of the project, management, and company.
