ok....tape painting end of month for a .225 print is meaningless.  Lets face it, nobody is playng FCV for a one or two penny move, or, if they are, they should seek counseling for a variety of ailments.  1. When is the PP goin g to close and why is it taking solong? 2. Why do "they" feel the need to pin this stock at the 20 cent share price like a carpenter nails plywood? 3
