I can never understand why these financings are done at a huge discount to what the market price was at only a short time ago . 12.5 cents plus a full warrant ?. Even these guys stick it to me . I guess that`s why I`m a bag holder and the Vancouver Exchange will always be a home for losers .

Don't feel bad I'm in the same boat. bought at .20-.23 an felt it was a safe bet kind of a no brainer. Not that I'm happy about it but you have to admit I nailed it on my previous post. nomo

Well at least you don`t have far to go to get even . My first purchases were over $1 . Ever since they have been giving shares to people at a big discount from that . FCV is the last venture exchange stock I have and the last I will ever own . By the look of the VSE index , a lot of people feel the same way . The sooner it`s gone the better.

The good news is you are almost able to buy more at half price, and could double-down. Makes the coming multi-bagger even better....IMHO

and yes, NoMo - you absolutely called that right on. Timely, too.

What I really don`t understand is that only a few days ago Simon Ridgeway was buying lots of shares . How could he not know HE was doing a financing the next day ? My only explanation is that he and other insiders may have bought the whole issue . Any thoughts?

The fact that he commented says a lot... he's not happy!!! What's he going to say. Fact is it was an horrible financing huge discount an to boot a full warrant. Share holders got bent over on this one! nomo
