Wake up. Numbers suck, hence the sell off

Irr of 17 percent?  Sure that's good if you are investing in mid or large caps.  But this is a mine in Peru that hasn't even broken ground!  Think of all the massive risk, political, sector, currency etc etc

Nobody is going to write a 150 million dollar cheque to get this off the ground for a lousy 17 percent.

ask your self, did you buy this stock at 15 cents looking for a 17 percent return?  Would you buy a penny stock at 20 cents knowing it could go to 0 if you were told you would only make 4 cents?  No!  So do you think someone with half a brain will invest 170 million dollars in Peru?  If the cost to build th mine goes up 10 percent their profit is nearly gone

face it.  Deal is done.  They will pawn the property off and look elsewhere

Do you know what price for their product was used in the PFS? To me it seems that CAPEX has little influence (less than 10mio +/- per 10% change) on NPV whereas OPEX +/-10% has an influence of 50mio USD +/- So there should be still a positive IRR when CAPEX is up 10% but as the numbers include at least 20% contingency if I get that right the question is if 10% higher CAPEX is highly probable ...more

Reading the details past the headline/NR, not close to what was expected at all. Though they apparently didn't use most of the resource in the PFS? Maybe it was the rush to get it finished before end of 2015 (and combining PEA/PFS)?

Insider Buying tells a different story, this peruvian Guy (Szotlender, Mario) is not going to spend CAD$ 11k the last 15 days of december to get stucked, wait and see...

Amazing insider buying for a few years. but the # don't lie! Dilution is going to be huge an that's a fact. This is now a dog

Excellent point. There was substantial insider (and constant) buying for a long time before this PFS. But this is one example of when insider buying is not indicative of a successful stock pick.   Massive disappointment and hope it can recover. All in opinion only.

all that buying in the past 2 years has been over or around the 20c mark, so everyone is massively underwater here.

going to be interesting to see how much insider buying went on today.
