probably because there isnt any news on the horizon. They bought themselves 3 years of time with the re-negotiation of the Sprott Loan. These guys need to get going on serious discussions with a strategic partner in the fertilizer business. The company has been very active and has come a long way. They have, in their latest PFS increased the project economics dramatically which is what they need in order to attain financing. The next catalyst for this stock is the bankable feasibility study. This is what will get the financing and what the bankers and financiers are waiting on.
