Often wonder why startups go to the expense of meeting the SEC requirements for reporting until they are ready. From a cost saving stand point would be nice to know what this saves them and the motives. Offering is light of substance. Salaries, expenses and other costs shouldn't force further dilution. Find a partner and get on generating revenue.
