Region is consolidating. Forum is delaying release?

That's my two cents. Seems like forum wants to keep share prices down until the financing goes through. Results should have been released by now. Volume is down a fair bit but when the Clearwater results are out I think we're laughing. All of us left are in it for the results so who's going to be selling now. Anybody have news or an update to the situation?

Companies don't release material news during financings.  Companies can't be seen to influence their share price.  Companies don't want their share price down during a financing, especially below the offering price, since it makes selling the financing difficult.  The drop in price here is understandable when considering the flow-through shares being offered.  ...more

I believe the after tax cost base for the flow-through shares will actually be .33 cents ...   not in the .40's as you are saying " white lightning."      Please show how you figure the .40's  ???

Assuming a 40% tax bracket for an investor, yes it would be 33 cents.  I should have taken a few extra seconds to be more specific.

No problem white lightning.   Even with the pullback here I believe we could have a very nice pop.  Sure be nice to get some drill results.  I also like their land position up north around Cameco and Areva but I don't think that they are going to be doing any work on them this year.
