My guess is because there are 10 million warrants coming due by February 2, 2018.  That’s some extra cash in the treasury if they are excercised. Further to this 38% of the total share structure is unavailable for trading.   Institutions – 20% (Agnico-Eagle 6,000,000 @ .49) Holystone Energy – 14% (Shanghai, China) Management and Directors - 5%
