Maybe he wanted the $30K plus to invest in Marijuana stocks. Or he is excercising options or warrants possibly?  Look him up on Twitter or LinkedIn to see if he is even has a decent resum. If I remember correctly he is a director with another uranium company, if he sold shares in that company as well he needs the cash for something important.
