Selling into the Bid? Q1 is my guess.. Expect SH approval of RS at AGM next week then, announcement of merger shortly after. Ratios of shares of new Co will then be reviled. No more FEN..

I think volume went up initially in anticipation of q1 results, then stalled. Q1 was expectedly disappointing. Still the AGM is around the corner. The reverse split/consolodation has the potential to improve liquidity and increase interest in FEN. I disagree with BayVic in that the MD&A discussed consolodating emerging opportunities INTO the Fen portfolio. I am interested in the outcome of the

I don't know Phonse, financially they are barely treading water what with their high overhead.. Buying another depressed company with good assests is normally a good idea but borrowing money on top of the $6+M already spent is not a good move IMO. I hope they know something we don't.

Hey Bay, i get it. I had a frank conversation with RW. He is very approachable. You may be happy to hear he is showing real leadership, he reduced his compensation package by 40% I also confirmed there are no immediate plans to merge forent into another company, more likely to fold other opportunities into forent. Well I was way off base.. Nice acquisition, looking forward to hearing more about it and our new board members. I'm totally with you on RW as I have spoken to him on the phone in the past, a good guy, very forthcoming. I didn't know about the 40% haircut (ouch). time to round up your shares and reduce your ACB. I am considering buying more. Weighing out weather to participate in private placement or buy on open market. If 20 to 1 consolodation i make the new share price $0.6. Buying the PP @ $0.4 is a nice incentive. 30% ! The 4 month hold is the risk side.
