Management Report

Previous M/R's would say "Plan to develop the Hope Advance project through Economic Assessment, Environmental Assessment, and securing a Strategic Partner. The M/R released a few days ago omitted including the "Environmental Asssessment and securing a Strategic Partner".  I wonder why these were omitted? Does it mean they are not even looking for a partner? What about the Environmental Assessment? It seemed important enough to mention in previous M/R's? 
Any thoughts on this.

I think they have done all they are going to do.  Any interested parties have all the information they need.  Either they want it or they don't.  They will only put enough dollars in to keep the lights on.  Nothing else.
