Dear Board of Directors,

Please do something, anything! It appears as though no one is at the helm of this sinking ship. There is no way to be sure. Nothing coming from Walter or the Board on the state of the audit.

This situation is ridiculous, unprofessional and an embarrassment for everyone concerned.

Does anyone know when we can sue the company and or the Board? Please let me know. I see FGC becoming an OTC stock.
