Dead Zone Until Further Meaningful Project News
On Lithium pricing, isn't it interesting how Lithium pricing went relatively unaffected during a major China lockdown and once the lockdown began to unwind, Lithium immediately upticked.
It's likely that Lithium won't be in oversupply until sometime in the mid 2030's & possibly even 2040.
In the near and longer term, any new Lithium supply cannot keep up with the exponentially rising Lithium demand.
In the hard rock Lithium space, Lithium Grade is King followed by the right Lithium mineralogy, namely Spodumene of ultra low iron content. In Canada, few of these deposits exist. The one rare exception is Frontier Lithium with "Multiple" higher grade Spodumene Lithium deposits of ultra low iron content with the drill still spinning, located in relative close proximity to the Canadian Great Lakes shipping corridor. In particular, Michigan which is becoming a rapidly growing major Lithium battery producer.
On Frontier Lithium pricing, the share price pull-back is advantageous for new entry investors.
In fact, an associate who typically achieves 10-fold returns on mining investments plans to sell a New York real estate investment in the coming weeks and will be ploughing the very healthy profitable proceeds into Frontier Lithium. An illustration that the FL share price pull-back is an opportunity.
Perhaps, investors got ahead of themselves in anticipation of a Toronto big board listing (TSX) especially in light of the "new" TSX Battery Metals Index rolling out in a couple days or even a New York listing (which is quite involved & typically requires an army of accountants on staff).
