Risk Off Cycle
Everyone is hand ringing over FL right now, however we are in a bear market for all stocks. All risk assets are selling off; the greater the risk, the greater the sell off. (ROKU & BYND down ~75%, RH down >60% just to name a few) The sell off in FL is similar to that of PLL over the last 6 month nothing specific to FL. This drop is causing the weak hands that bought in the run up from $1 dollar to give up and sell. Once they are out the stock will be able to begin forming a base. There was a similar sell off in FL stock in 2018-2019 that saw shares go from $0.85 down to $0.135 over about 18 months -I think we are in a similar period now. On a short-term basis FL is very oversold, however it will probably take a long basing process before the stock rallies significantly, most likely not until after the bear market ends.
However, the only fundamental change for the Company is that it will be more costly to raise additional rounds of equity funding. I am a long-term holder (bought my first stock in 2012 at $0.06) and will continue to hold.

Thank you sir , that is exactly what is going on !!! Fortunes are made by taking advantage of these market distortions. Knowing you own a stock , that any large mining company would die to acquire for 10X current market pricing and when operating is worth at least 20X , is a great way to do that !!!
