Interesting that on 11/22/2022, the day of its positive opinion, Stifel bought about net 180,000 FL shares at an average of about $2.09. Today 11/25/2020, so far, it has sold about net 100,000 FL shares at about $2.16. Any ideas what this means?

My guess is that Stifel assumed that FL's share price would run up and stay up much higher after the success of FL's bought financing and Stifel's $4.80 valuation. So, on the day their valuation was issued they bought 180,000 shares. When the price did not perform as well as expected, they sold 130,000 two days later for a marginal profit, leaving them with 50,000. FL's charts are
