Buy-out Offers, TRUE, would be good to know!!  Was it $2, $3, $4 or somewhere in between.  That's a good price for the largest FL shareholder and then can go on Merry way with an extra $100-Million in pocket, then let the serious and effective mine builder(s) take things the rest of the way.
