AGM - Compensation under Review

CanSwiss, maybe it's time the FL Management gets onto the same pay scale as the FL shareholders...........Like NIL!!!!! for the past 18 months.

As well, it has been Da Re.....ining on the FL share price since the June news announcement.  Like I mentioned, piled higher and deeper (Ph.D).

AGM set for Sept 13th. Good time to review compensation plans (bonuses, stock options) given share price performance.

I for one am very happy that our execs are NOT paid/punished based on short-term gains/losses. Paying someone for their returns on a short-term basis can lead to horrific long-term consequences as it incents short-term thinking. I want the people working on this project looking ahead years, not months. I spend some time reading up in the CRE bullboard and find it amusing how similar the ...more

As a shareholder I also like to think long term. However some things are short term important.
