Howestreet, there is no question, without any doubt and hesitation, if ALB was strategic??.........well, you see my answer BELOW........

However, this new generation running these companies???? They just don't think like miners.  And you can't teach it to them.  It's inherent.  You either have it or you don't. 
And that is Frontier's single most largest problem, otherwise, I could have FL share price at $2 to $3 in about 3 months and there would clearly be an imminent production plan.

Matt is into this investment up to his elbows. That is clear from the last video from across the pond when Matt looked quite nervous at FL's "shaky" performance.  Matt was almost coaching and holding his hand throughout the entire episode.  I don't know how many times throughout the video I heard FL say the words, "Show Us...Show Us". 

No, he's got that wrong, that's suppose to be the job of the President.

All that can happen now is just sit back and watch Frontier Lithium get taken out for a song.

One intersting item is that FL has said from the very beginning that  they do not want to sell to a major but rather to develop the resource as a canadian company.  That might influence some of their discussions with potential suitors.
