Raff - Phase 1 Lithium Construction 2025

Raff, are you dreaming again?  The reality is, Greenbushes (Albemarle and Tianqi) and the Chinese are putting the squeeze on most lithium developers who are trying to get traction towards construction & production.
Sigma Lithium joins the Lithium operators squeeze endeavor as the Sigma project is now 27% larger than previously anticipated which means more annual lithium production (now the world's 4th largest operating industrial pre-chemical lithium beneficiation & mining complex).

Therefore, most lithium developments are now under water and no longer feasible at this time.

However, Frontier could be the one exception based on ultra high lithium grade zones and relatively modest mining cost structure.

The Canadian Government(s) are well aware this FL management group could not even build an outhouse on time without years and years of studying the project.
You know what happens if the outhouse cannot get built on time??
That is what has now happened to FL on this agonizing long overdue Lithium project-----Poo, Poo in their pants.

Thus, Government(s) in no rush to give FL the green light go-ahead or commit to share in funding the "corridor" for movement of Lithium ores/concentrate to a port location (destined for China or Europe) or onwards for final finishing at a Quebec Lithium compound refinery.

An FL screw up.  Will this group actually show again at Canada's 2024 PDAC??

"Hello there, here we are again, still learning how to bat the ball"
.

Probably the only one embarrassed by the Company's decade plus poor performance in delivering an operation for shareholders is the VP Geology/Exploration, because he is likely the only one within the group who knows what needs to be done to steer and line up the necessary human experience to move Frontier into Lithium production operations.

Lithomon, I might be dreaming....but your absolutely right FL is the exception due to its high grade quantity and quality......I heard also that they will be at the PDAC 2024.....

Again, not a mining expert but I know a signifigant anount of responsibilty for such little progress to date has to fall on the leadership at frontier.  At some point soon I fully expect some proven Austrailian leadership to swoop in and acquire Frontier for pennies on the dollar and get this project on track.

They would still need a Beren's bridge and an all season road. They cannot do that by themselves. Unless the government would let them fast track it by providing all or part of the cash.  For some reason the government just does not seem to want to approve the funds because the project  is pretty ready to go.

Trevor has stated the reason for doing a phased approach is so they don't have to wait on the road upgrade  to do phase 1 .

Ur right.....but at the same time what perception does it bring to the market as a whole, knowing the bridge will be financed and done! It's all about perception and all about how serious government are willing to invest in the critical minerals.....

YES , the road announcement would be great , but in the meantime 100,000 tons of concentrate at $2,500 and a production cost of $500 and tax cost of $700 would put $130 million on our bottom line ( over $0.50 per share ) just for phase 1 . Damn it , just convinced myself to buy more !!!

Buffalo 1956......firstly, happy 68th birthday this 2024 year.  I sure hope you're right on this. You are more clearly plugged in than most of us.  I'mi not convinced that the Board is sufficiently engaged here. I'm a veteran with about 5 more years than you in terms of age, but my gut has a very good track record. We have a young inexperienced CEO with a great Dad, I' ...more
