IMO us common investors are not, it's the bigger money and/or firms that want to actually see the commitment in writing before they add to their portfolios...

Not a question of being worried....but at least it would position this project for the government of Ontario as a gem....as of now....they only gave us some seeds to chew on! Cheers....

Can we awesome the project might be moving at a faster pace than is being stated? I also wonder if Mits will be increasing their ownership sooner based and a better buy in now rather than waiting for Q1 2025.

This is big.  The best part of the deal is that the next and bigger piece of the project is purchased by Mitsubishi based on the valuation of the resource in the feasibility study, and not on the share price.  That bypasses some of the serious structural problems in the market that are affecting share prices (keeping them down) of small mining and energy companies. I'm going to do a massive bit of reading between the lines. Based on the pic of them sit round the table, Mitsubishi guy and minister are centre, facing each other and lil' old Trev is sat on the end. This was a discussion principally about what ON could give to Mitsubishi and vis-a-versa. Trev is just counting $$$ in his head lol.
