Just wondering whether the departure of Steve Magirias the previous Chief Operating Officer is good or bad news for the company, there must have been an internal squabble of some sort, resulting in this announcement. The company deserves time to figure things out since the merger, but shareholders won't continue to be patient if positive signs, movement are not soon forthcoming.

Yes this shuffle of management could slow progress if terms between the two are negative.But I will be positive and continue to be enthusiastic about our future.Let's hope the shareholders are informed, included in changes in company policies.
