"with each Warrant exercisable for a period of three (3) years into one common share for the exercise price equal to the higher of: (i) a 12.5% premium to the 20-day volume weighted average price at issuance on the Debenture closing date; or (ii) the closing price of the Company's common shares on the trading day immediately preceding the Debenture closing date."
