Is this the end? Or an opportunity?

Was invested in this company a number of years ago. Lost money. But looks like I got out before I lost a bunch more money. Haven't been following it. Checking every now and then. Looks like the end may be near? Or is this an opportunity to buy in?

Seems like this company is still selling a solution that's looking for a problem.

Was invested in this company a number of years ago. Made some money. I think this might be an opportunity. They look like they have enough cash and financing to get them to STC needed to begin selling the Edge+ and we'll see how the Tamdar sales go as well as Crossconsense success.
