Graphite goof - why you never answer any questions but just hurl accusations?

1. If FMS mngmnt is so talented, why they need to pay Grafraud over $1,000,000 in 2021, 3Q in 2022?
2. who on the BOD has any mining experience?
3. who on the BoD is an Independant Member, looking after the interests of shareholders? One who jumps up and down....FMS shareholder $$$ is not to be looted by Grafraud type of thing

I am a shareholder in FMS and want to vomit every time I read audited financials. Effers should be in handcuffs...

FMS is one of only 3 companies that have properties that are worth financing. NGC is not one of them. You will find out the hard way as you are too stubborn and ignorant to understand what matters.

This bywrong post come under the category misinformation. Grafoid is no longer in need of startup financing (it is on the verge of going public and becoming a windfall for Focus investors). Investing 101: Investors in start ups (connected like Focus or independent) invest as the company progresses. Focus did not give anythinh away for free. You do realize that we live in a country of laws. If
