bywron reality check

Looks like anonymity is your egos’ survival strategy. Personally, I’d feel ashamed making posts like yours even anonymously.

Yes, Capex increased. Things change over 10 years like new green requirements and that thing called inflation. Did it occur to you that with such high inflation today that the conservative engineers running the numbers needed to to take that into account?

Lesson number 13 for poor bywrong. Capex, sales price and the discount rate are what’s used to calculate the only thing that matters (I.e., the bottom line) which is the NPV of the asset which is .5 billion pre-tax.

Do you really believe that grabbing one item in isolation from a 4,092-word document is going to convince anyone of anything? The payback period of only 3 years is not relevant to you, I guess.

Bottom lines on Lac Knife:

  1. 1. Govs and industry are scrambling for the best graphite deposits in N.A.

  1. 2. Lac Knifes FS proves it is the best deposit in N.A. 98% Cg unheard of. Ability to sell almost all of the mined material, unheard of.

  1. 3. NPV of ½ billion was made based on very conservative numbers. The life of the mine, the total resource quantity (which remains to be determined), the discount rate of 8% and most importantly the sales price (the avg of the last 4 years was used). That is so unrealistic it's almost a pointless number to use. The projected price increases for graphite are at least double and likely triple the last 4 years average.

  1. 4. Panasonic secured graphite supply from NOU. (Its market cap is now 411M with analysts saying it is going to 850M) FMS market cap 32M). This is the most obvious ten to twenty bagger I’ve ever seen. You can invest now or wait for an announcement and be a follower like 99% of investors.

  1. 5. Once we get in bed with a battery manufacturer (the only way forward). Then FMS hits a few hundred million market cap.

  1. 6. That will only be the beginning! The market is a forward pricing mechanism (bywrong lesson number 8). FMS also has the extra kicker of Tetepisca which is looking even bigger and better than Lac Knife. Assuming it is only roughly the same quality and size (very conservative outlook) you can expect a minimum 1 billion market cap.

Despite your vindictive nature, I do not like to see harm come to anyone. There is a good chance you are a short seller, and you really need to consider the parabolic move that will come when we finally get a deal. You could easily lose 10X your investment in a day. Govern yourself accordingly friend.

Thank you for the relevant information, I'm learning a lot about the Focus graphite project, your arguments are full of common sense, an Fms investor for about a year and a half.
