Indeed! The plot, like my gravy, thickens! I don't know why Rajesh and his den of thieves(bod) are so surprised Fancamp shareholders are complaining about getting totally ripped off, while making a mockery of securities regulators from coast to coast. The whole cost argument is ludicrous. If they did it properly with Fancamp shareholder approval at the same time as the agm, it would have cost ...more
