Smith “Being investigated “ ??? By who? Certainly not by anyone in any form of authority. I’d liken this “statement” more to a bully yelling in an attempt to intimidate and appease their own over inflated ego. But I will wager regulators have had more than one investigatory discussion about smiths sore loser accusers for trying to pull a fast one. Kind of like putting Capone away for taxes. Who

I think it is a great use of company money as it will show what a disaster Smith was as president.

Hmmm, I wonder what the same level of review would show for Rajesh and crew. And in a much shorter time frame. Like I've said many times, do little, or do nothing, sure beats steal everything. Or in other words I regret what I wished for when the solution was far,far worse than the problem.
