Yes, a light note for sure but many a true word is said in jest. He does have armies of people working overtime on finding the good stuff. Time to lob in a complaint to the useless sloths at bcsc to do their job. They will , in turn, squeal and screech, and hide anywhere they can , to avoid addressing a bc registered company that habitually mocks regulators and shareholders. My conclusion reading your post made me think that the response they are giving resumes to a total withdrawal of any responsability towards the retail shareholders and more of a "you're on your own should something happen if it's very questionnable" that are in the grey areas of rules and regulations from "British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC)". Yup, that's exactly what is going on with the bcsc. They need to just quit faking it and hand off the responsibility to the osc. Or jointly form a federal regulator, which Quebec will opt out of, of course.
