So MitcheyM aka MB  on the other Bullboard is Trying to Justify an Exemption i think he means Extension the Company not having its Filings up ti Date is not a Valid Reason or Excuse to Delay an AGM its all the more Reason not to Grant an Extension as the Shareholders have a right to know why the Filings were not uo to Date .if there are Irregularities the Shareholders have a Right to know whats going on inside the Company .There has been nothing but games being played for 3 years and Millions of Shareholders money being wasted on these self serving Conflicted Deals.
Its The Shareholders Money after all the TSX.V and the BCSC need be aware of this as i am sure they are but The shareholders rights have been infringed and the Conflicted Board needs to be Held to Account for the Wasteful Spending ,The Conflicted Deals and this Obscene Proposed Private Placement   We need Our AGM .We need more Shareholders to File More Complaints with the TSX V and the BCSC

Spot on.  I file my concerns. I find it particularly galling when regulators cite "privacy concerns " for keeping shareholders in the dark and fed cr@p like a mushroom farm. Never mind WE own the company and are entitled to be kept informed and THEY, the regulators, are obligated to assist us, not impede us.  Whose privacy they feel compelled to protect is beyond any rational

And here is my message to her that prompted an actual phone call. It got me nowhere, but I did get my point across. Reminder. This was three years ago. This was not my first time reaching out to the BCSC about FNC and this was NOT the only company I had raised concerns about. But same result. Nothing done about it and here we are right where I left off. UGHH! --------------------------------------
