AGM voting

A heads up, the cutoff is March 20th. If you haven't received your stupid package yet, you will have to contact wherever your shares are held to get control numbers in time or else you will have to show up at the meeting in person. No doubt,it is on their turf, at their lawyers office so don't  know what to expect but can imagine.

Attention legal readers, can anyone in that field offer an answer as to why the rules applicable to those who have had cease trade orders against them within the last ten years can stand as a nominee for director at the AGM? Fair question. Thank you.

The silence is deafening in here. OK, so no answers from the public forum. Find it kind of hard to believe there are no voices out there on the topic of why the nominees who have, or have had,  cease trade orders against them and certainly within the last ten years are able to stand as a nominee with impunity. So much to say.......

It is interesting to read other bullboards in general and see how quickly one poster turns on another or else they become instant lovebirds. Interesting too how the posters get blamed for criticizing the company and saying shhhhh, newcomers will get turned off and we want them to like us and invest here, all the while the frigging company itself is doing nothing, there is no publicity.  Also ...more
