Removal of post with factual information

Good morning to my friends,

To note:  summary post of company performance has been removed.

The salient concerns are;

A) Why the BCSC and the TSX could have allowed for the acceptance of a 60M private placement to pass when the offering was based on very public  and incorrect company information regarding its holdings? !!!

B)  Why some of the nominees for today's AGM are allowed to stand for director or be an officer when there is a rule stating one cannot if they have had an infraction against them in the last TEN years. Why do certain individuals get EXCEPTIONS to the rule? !!!
