Where is Smith?
Shareholders meeting this AM. Smith absent
Two meetings running concurrently. one behind closed doors apparently.
Is Tata planning a coup?
Just heard from a friend who travels in the field.

A directors meeting always follows an AGM. I would ask Smith why he is not there, pretty obvious. Didn't TATA fire Sharma?

You noted the connection between TATA and Sharma. Ashwath Mehra was a senior partner at Glencore.

@miner540. Are you referring to "TATA Steel" the one that was involved in the "New Millenium Iron corp" BOD?

A previous poster noted the relationship between TATA Steel and Sharma. Sharma was a member of the Board. I was pointing out that Mehra previously was a senior partner at Glencore. Bottom line being that both Sharma and Mehra have ties with major players in the industry. May or may not help with any future strategic relationships.

Planning a coup - interesting comment. What does that look like? Go Private, takeover or preventing a takeover. Might explain the 60M shares issued to insiders. Like everything else, it will play out over time. What else are you hearing Breizh?
