Fancamp did not have employees during Smith's tenure. Others did not work for Fancamp.

Additionally it was the company's own counsel who advised and put the Magpie corporate structure in place. Perhaps you could ask the Sheridan Platinum Group why they agreed to it or why the third man sold his. Perhaps there was a measure of founders shares...the special shares certainly keep the marauders at bay and a measure of hope alive for long suffering fancamp shareholders. Go CACR
