Smart manager handled difficult cycles which saw countless juniors disappear, closed down, go bankrupt. Smart manager's name: Peter H. Smith PhD,P.Eng. Fancamp survived over a THIRTY YEAR period under his watch, how many juniors can say the same? Let us not forget that when he was pushed over a very high cliff by those trusted and closest that there were millions in the company
