Back in the day these current operators at FNC were looking to enter into a POA whereby fancamp shareholders would be given 1 EDM share for every 6 fancamp shares. Thanks to Smith and concerned shareholders group it was stopped but it wasn't enough to keep the krap from sliding in. Amazing how things turn out. All in good time.

Correction to previous post: EDM should read SCOZINC. 1 FNC for 6 scozincs. They seemed to have to change the name, wonder why!
