But shareholders are a little more financially astute then you give them credit

August 13, 2020, day Smith retired, share price was .065 BUT there was only 174mil shares out so MC/Valuation was $11mil. Today share price is .07 and there are 240mil shares out. So today's MC/valuation is $17mil. That's a 50% increase in MC/value. Not good enough for you? I suggest you compare that record to the previous CEO and see how they compare? No? Didn't think so


Unbelievable that folk are aloud to spread blatant misinformation on boards with no repercussions.

Bahahaha. Good one. You're so far past "revision" you'd need a telescope to look back and find it. You forget he was very much involved with killing the original scozinc heist ? And that's why he was unceremoniously dumped ? What price was that supposed to be ? Wow. Just wow. You actually believe this or did someone devoid of any business acumen dictate this for you to post ? Issuing 70 million shares, your numbers, dilutes the value of EVERYONEs investment.  You forget what fnc got for those 70 million shares? Did they issue them for magic beans? Or a money pit that was proven uneconomic in the 1970s by esso minerals? Does the concept of value PER ...more
