Feb 5: Shared concerns

I think this Friday will be great for Loop's stock and therefore their shareholders. However, this was inspired by GME going crazy last week into this one. Their stock is back down under $100 from a high of $450 in just a few days. Is that what's going to happen here? How many people are buying "for the stock and the company" (i.e. to hold) and how many are buying to turn a short profit?

My point is: are we all really on the same page? What kind of volume are we expecting? There is not a single dedicated forum to organize this. There is a whole other following on Youtube than on stockhouse or any other platform. even the most viewed post recently on this forum hasn't broken 300 views.

We have Condor1 warning us we're bring mislead.. He's a shareholder, don't you think he wants the share price up too?

The idea is there and everyone here wants to make money and also believes in the company itself. Everyone has their own sell limit, level of commitment etc.

Are we uniform at all?

No offence, but I think Rob is superboring comunicator. I don't have problem listening him but I sure that vast majoraty of the traders/investors cannot listen his emotionless, monotonic answers. I think if Loop wants more excitment they will need some media face that will present the business model on more exciting way.  When he is interviewed by George on Agora, it's all good ...more

No offense taken. My excitement from the video definitely doesn't come from Rob's presentation style and attitude in interviews.. The excitement comes from a better communication of what loop can actually do and the insight into the 2021 year for Loop.  They will eventually need a "face of the company" who isn't Rob himself, I do agree. However being able to hear ...more

@Malachite - Agree, they need WAY better PR, not IR with these boards, "george" and "steve" doing paid "investor" interviews.  A professional PR firm and a professional IR firm will generate brand equity, and for us investors, US and other investment interest.  Loop has the legs, a seemingly strong number of partnerships (Telus, Apple, Amazon, others) and a ...more

You're not wrong, but this latest interview he did has abysmal interviewers. I know everyone is congratulating them on a job well done, but their questions were sometimes so jumbled that Rob's answer ended up being the same. They weren't concise questions, they just stopped rambling after 30 seconds with no question asked and Rob just kind of felt he needed to reply. The last half of ...more
