On the 8th page: Zoom in on the phone and you will see the MGM logo as well as certain purchases that will potentially be used on their platform for MGM’s stores etc

I think there was a great hint as well in there... the membership card says expiry date April 27th, 2024. Possibly a 4 year contract that will start the 27th of this month!

Okay, I was not sure when it was posted. I had joined the stock in early March. I do think we need to keep an eye for the 27th of April though. MGM’s opening date is also August 27th. The contract that may be signed will start April 27th which is on the expiration date of the membership card that is until 2024.
