Adding to this... In order to even get to the pilot stage, large companies do a widespread evaluation of all of the technology options that are out there and vet them thoroughly before even commencing to engage them in a pilot at all. Common practice is to at least triple bid and vet 3 options thoroughly (I know this from personal experience, literally my job). Just by getting to the pilot ...more
