Consulting agreements are the gateway drug to implementing their tech. Same model Accenture and Palantir use. These singles are fantastic, keep the line moving, deliver revenue short term and create an upstream relationship with clients to advise them and implement their tech for the long term. It's what moves you from tech seller to long term partner. GLTA

Yup. I'm working in a software company that provides AI software to companies of all sizes. There is a lot of handholding, but that's not a bad thing. It makes the clients "sticky."
