If it's Amazon or Lightspeed buying-in (equity ownership) then I believe any percentage ownership exceeding 9.9% becomes "material" and possibly triggered the HALT.

I am not totally up to date on that value of % ownership that triggers a halt???

I am also wondering, at this stage of development, would the likes of Constellation Software already have its eyes on FOBI.

The longer the halt, the bigger the news.  Anything is possible.  Good luck and cross all of your fingers and toes.
