This  "suggestion"  sounds suspiciously  like some one who has no shares and is pizzed off.  A "bought deal " would come in at UNDER $2.85 and the BID is far above that. The chances of that being a possible line is about one in a thousand. First, a STOP for that reason would have happened and lifted in less than two hours.  Second, the BID to buy has

Yes the pre-market can be influenced by anyone, however what we see here is an indication of something positive about ot be announced,remember investors have seen this scenario before and they know what the chances are that this will have a welcomed outcome.

Assuming the best news.... would we run up higher than expectations due to shorts covering and weren't any trades made on Thursday September 30 to be settled today? so All the shares from about $2.80 get bought by us apes. The banks, MM, brokerages etc.....don't have to settle on them buys until today ? Is that right? Wouldn't that cause higher swing up?
