I have seen many halts last cple days and the bid and ask will adjust on the news,It is positive news

Disagree totally .  Long halt just means an important  (huge ) news event. ( not something DUMB like a refinancing need.)  A year ago I had shares in a $4.00 company that was halted for five  days.  Turns out they bought a company that was about 70% as big as they were., BUT a very positive event - long term.
